“There is no system ever devised by mankind that is guaranteed to rip husband and wife or father, mother and child apart so bitterly than our present Family Court System” – Judge Brian Lindsay Retired Supreme Court Judge

Love this quote! Thanks for sharing.

Anyone who has gone through a bitter custody battle understands the truth of this statement. The family court system is set up to create animosity between people. They thrive on litigation and get paid by our government to promote it. It is a travesty and needs to be changed.

Lord Justice Wall commented: – “What social workers do not appear to understand is that the public perception of their role in care proceedings is not a happy one. They are perceived by many as the arrogant and enthusiastic removers of children from their parents into an unsatisfactory care system, and as trampling on the… rights of parents and children in the process.”

British Data: – “On November 20, 2008 the British Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills (Ofsted) issued an annual report signed by her majesty’s chief inpector Christine Gilbert. It shows on page 73 that 59,500 children are “cared for” by local authorities and on page 69 that 282 children died in the period 1 April 2007 to 31 August 2008.”

    AUSTRALIA -

“It is a myth that Australia does not have federal human rights laws. King John’s Magna Carta of 1215 and the UK Bill of Rights of 1688 and the great common law are part of our ‘unwritten’ constitutional rights and freedoms inherited as part of our Anglo-British birthrights. But what good are they if our lawyers and our lawyers institutions turn a blind eye to them, and even seem to enjoy not just profit as a class by exploiting them ? How much more safely could Australians sleep at night with the comfort of modern, written Constitution and Bill of Rights, and, virtually important, political institutions and a manifest will of the people to ensure that the lawyers and the law courts do actually enforce them and not just give the idle lip-service.”

“once married to an individual who told her openly that he was an untouchable high level Freemason. After a major disagreement and subsequent divorce her children were illegally taken after a visit to hospital for one of her children who was knocked over by a motor cycle in suspicious circumstances. The nurse involved wrote a report saying that Maureen was unstable and an unfit mother. The children were immediately taken in to care and very soon after adopted. Maureen has had independent reports stating that she is perfectly fit.”

ON APPEAL FROM NORTHAMPTON COUNTY COURT
    (HIS HONOUR JUDGE WAINE)
    Royal Courts of Justice

HHJ Waine did not have that, or other recent authorities in mind, probably for the simple reason that they were not cited, for the equally simple reason that the advocates had not come to court anticipating a trial. For all those reasons, I consider that the judge was wrong on that narrow point. I would, accordingly, allow the appeal and direct Diane Clark to meet again with the child to enable her to complete her enquiries, and to report more fully to the court. http://www.familylawweek.co.uk/site.aspx?i=ed1814

Agree, speaking as a Dad you get ground into their system. Here in the U.S. if you don’t live in a bible belt state you’re toast, regardless of what the ex spouse has said and done.
