A Court Watch group sets up a Steering Committee. The members consist of a small group of people the task is facilitate task is to facilitate Court Watch.
Court Watch is about research and keeping up-to-date with the guidelines and procedures of Court, social services and it’s various Departments.

When the child starts having emotional problems, other agencies get involved. Foster carer’s generate income for these Governent departments.
