Family justice: who are protecting our children?

Self Interests vs Public Service

No mention as to how they are going to revoke certain powers that are given to Social Services.   Powers that I may add are given to social services by certain judges, because these judges sit there and do nothing.  Why?

“His Honour Judge Stephen Waine has agreed to become our Patron and we thank him for his valued support since  EquATA was founded in 2009.”

His Honour Judge Waine when he refused to give Minor G back to her mother he recommended that Minor G attends counselling.  If this is not wickedness what is?

The local authority then write it should be horse riding. Need I state more?

I would not be surprised if he set up the school and other businesses that provide some type  of  service to social services.

It is our belief that the system is what is broken not society,  because it has no real accountability,  is a monopoly and is government run.  The judges in this system must take responsibility for the damage this system causes to children and families.  Sadly some judges view this system as a money earner and it is they   who are charged with the decisions, broad discretion and essential your children’s future, without any accountability.

Your future income will be at the whim of a fallible human being, who is no doubt overloaded with cases.  However, what they do is completely unconstitutional and harmful to children and families.  They have no “feedback loop” to understand when they are successful and when they are cause great damage,  some or them do not care. No business in the real world would survive this way.

Family Court Judge

JUDGES – Some are bad, bought, lazy or unfair. They get away with it, because there is no accountability
