Mark Neary: The father who opened up secret courtsThe IndependentHe eventually won in a victory that reunited a family and shone a spotlight on the workings of Britain’s little known Court of Protection.  For this reason Ngozi will always love you. When I threw your case in my formers GP’s face, the GP started to place threats on my person. The GP told me the next time I stand before His Honour Judge Waine, this Judge will throw me in prison for just looking at him.  This is after the GP let it slip my child is still asking to come home. Shortly afterward Northamptonshire County Council wrote to the Royal Court of Justice asking it to send me an Order, threatening me with prison. Did I mention the  Council have been using the Mental Health Act to smash into my home on a regular basis. When there is no clinical evidence  to support their abusive practice. So I will take this as a threat, because my child is not yet returned.

Did these people really attend universities and obtain first class degrees?
