This is a long shot.We are solicitors in Marlow and represent the estate of the late Bianca Taylor.Your Honour advised in 1981 to 1983 about a property adjustment order in her favour. No copy of the order or transfer was kept and the court files are destroyed as are the solicitors files .The property is unregistered and is still in joint names.Could we send the advice you gave and the affidavit in support you ptrepared to see if it can stir your recollection of the order.if indeed it needs stirring
It is very important to our clients children as you can imagine.
