Prohibition From Identifying Children

Prohibition From Identifying Children

Increase Transparency In The Family Courts

The Court of Appeal has decided that the prohibition from identifying children which section 97 of the Children Act 1989 provides only applies whilst the proceedings relating to the child in question are in progress. Once the proceedings have concluded, the protection given by the Act comes to an end, the entitlement to anonymity thereafter being dependent upon an exercise in balancing the Convention rights of those involved.

Although statistics are published about cases that pass through the courts, these in their nature cannot answer claims that abuses of the system are not identified and that there are effectively no quality controls.

SIR JAMES MUNBY : Hearing date : 27 June 2013 On an Application by : local authority (Staffordshire County Council)

This case raises important questions about the extent to which the public should be able to read and see what disgruntled parents say when they speak out about what they see as deficiencies in the family justice system, particularly when, as here, their complaints are about the care system. The case also raises important questions about how the court should adapt its practice to the realities of the internet, and in particular social media. For these reasons I am giving this judgement in open court. Continue reading →

AMERICA – Yet, CPS claims they operate in the best interest of the children. The states receive three dollars from the feds for every dollar they give to their state’s CPS, so they flood CPS with money. Yes, I have the documents that prove that and it took me three years to obtain them. If CPS can snatch two or three siblings they are now called special needs children because there are more than one child from the same family and CPS receives up to $12,000 per month or more for each of those kids and CPS receives even more once they have those children on the drugs that our own FDA insists must place a black box warning on that those drugs should not be taken by children and the increase suicide and homacide in children. However, CPS now receives extra funds because the child is on those drugs and CPS pays foster parents around $800 per month per child. State politicians in states like Oregon start out investigating DHS there and the governor winds up selecting them for state positions that pay them five hundred percent more than they made as a senator and so they resign their seats and go to work for the state, It makes for a nice retirement though Oh and yeah, another few hundred little girls have to worry about what is going to happen to them tonight, or children are locked in cages or overdose or are murdered, but that is okay.

Another 60 kids that are US citizens get shipped out and deported to foreign countries but hey, that’s okay Margaret Carter got her retirement raised by over a hundred grand a year and that is why the people there elected her, right? A few more dozen kids are brutally murdered in DHS care in Oregon and the press ignores it to a large degree because as a reporter told me, ‘We have to work with DHS on our stories and after all these are mostly poor kids, you know’. Tens or hundreds of thousands of people know about this from having to deal with CPS/DHS when they lost their kids. Then there are people like me who never had their own biological kids touched but who have taken off the rose colored glasses and looked and we are outraged at what has been allowed to happen to our children of this country.

When is someone with some real clout going to take a real and fair look and get pissed off like I have and start doing something? I don’t know but I know we have to keep getting this message out all of us, even if it means the real spokespeople like Nancy Schaefer are assassinated. There should always be somebody waiting in the wings to take over because then they know they can’t kill all of us, at least not yet. There are good reporters and editors out there who do run great stories, good television journalists.
