United Kingdom Government Press Release: Appointment of a District Judge – Dorothy Flood

HM the Queen has appointed Dorothy Margaret Flood to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Jack Straw MP. The Lord Chief Justice, Lord Phillips of Worth Matravers, has assigned her to the Midlands Circuit, based at Northampton Combined Court with effect from Monday 3 March 2008.

 

Mrs Flood is 58  was admitted as a Solicitor in 1990. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2005.
