Judge says police are failing to investigate sex crimes

Most sexual abuse cases are not being investigated, according to a top judge.

Mr Justice Peter Jackson, a senior family court judge, has revealed that when victims are told their claims are "unsubstatiated" it often means the police have failed to investigate the allegations.
