Judges have told Prime Minister Theresa May,  that MP’s Can Veto Brexit.

The High Court made its ruling in response to a case brought by City Fund Manager Gina Miller.

The judges backed her claim THAT, despite 17 million people voting for leave in June,  a parliamentary vote is needed as Brexit will lead to UK citizens losing their rights under EU law.

The Government vowed to launch an appeal to the Supreme Court.

The three High Court Judges – Baron Thomas of Cwmgieed, Sir Terence Etherton and Lord Justice Sales – insisted they were ‘not concerned with the merits of leaving the EU’, adding: ‘ This is a pure question of law’.

Gina Miller, is also a Philanthropist,  told BBC Radio 4, the case was meant to answer a fundamental legal question about powers that be used by the Prime Minister and whether they can sidestep Parliament.

Gina Miller is 51 years of age, was born in Guyana, and grew up in Britain.

  1. The rights of the individual have long been in question. Now that the British people have made their choice it is up to the Westminster politicians to make it effective. The corruption that is at the heart of the EU must not be allowed to sway or deflect the will of the people.

  2. Reblogged this on Musings of a Penpusher and commented:
Beware the wolf dressed up as an expert in a sheep’ s fleece. The people of Britain have voted to be rid of the corruption that is the EU. High time for all EU satellites to take stock and insist Brussels and Luxembourg stop fleecing European taxpayers and clean up their acts.
