A Broken System: Gatekeeping and Alienation

 

Children get caught in the cross-hairs of the family court system and are removed from one parent’s life, often at the hands of the other parent, by means of alienation or abduction.

Sir James Munby  accused  social workers of having a ‘slapdash’ and ‘lackadaisical’ attitude to court orders.
