The European Court Of Human Rights Has Rejected A Plea From Charlie Gard Parents

On Friday 9 June, the ECHR ordered an emergency hearing. To that end, it requested the UK to keep Charlie alive until the end of 13 June.

But they have now announced the application by Charlie’s parents is “inadmissible”.

The European Court announced that it had by a majority “endorsed in substance” the approach by the UK courts.
