In this post (series), I’m going to show why the people best equipped to “save” this country, if it can be saved, are those who have been undergoing serious abuse, torture or rights deprivation through one, or several, of its systems, and can thus translate how they work,what is their “schema” — to others trotting along the designed paths and coloring within the lines.
And anyone who has NOT — should be disqualified. The problem is, disqualifying an overly-invested advocate is kind of like attempting to get a “has conflicts of interest judge” to recuse him or herself. BOTh are in it for the money, and won’t let go easily. (In 2013 I was successful in getting a Judge to recuse herself in the Wellingborough Magistrates’ Court.)
Such people have to want to do this work, and be able to have enough heat (passion) to fuel the project, but enough coolant to take the objective look. “Heart of Fire, Brain of Ice” and they need to be connected.

3rd DISTRICT COURT of APPEAL This ongoing investigative project was last updated in June, 2014. Sacramento Family Court News is conducting an ongoing investigation of published and unpublished 3rd District Court of Appeal decisions in trial court cases originating from family courts. This page is regularly updated with our latest news, analysis, and opinion. Our preliminary findings reveal an unsettling link between how an appeal is decided and the political ideology, work history, and family law bar ties of the court of appeal justices assigned to the appeal. Our investigation indicates that the outcome of an appeal is in large part dependent on the luck of the justice draw. Appeals are assigned to three of ten justices. The background of each appears to play a significant role in how an appeal is decided. For example, 3rd District unpublished opinions show that Court of Appeal justices who were elevated to the appellate court from Sacramento County Superior Court will often effectively cover for judicial errors in appeals from the same court. Third District Justices George Nicholson, Harry E. Hull, Jr., Ronald B. Robie, and Presiding Justice Vance W. Raye previously were trial court judges in Sacramento County Superior Court .
