Social Scare

There is a consistent pursuit of criminally relevant acts committed by employees of protection and justice.  The human rights to liberty and security, and to respect for private and family life (ECHR articles 5 and 8)should be subordinated not the derived basic right to data protection.

Transparency for the parents and their representatives must be guaranteed at all stages of the procedure.  There is a need for the moral and physical rehabilitation of affected children and families. Prevention of human rights violations. Interrupt a cruel social cycle.
