Parents Rights UK Establishment

Parental Rights in the United Kingdom

The Establishment is supposed to protect a child’s, a father’s and mother’s rights.   This is a case of where one person feels indebted against their will, to another.

What can one say, a small group of indivduals who believed that they could take the law into their own hands, do.

The issues which are important to me are, children and their families, the injustices to parents, which may occur, because of inadequate information, mistakes or corruption.  This is happening every day. every minute and every second.

Wall attacks Hemming: Who should resign? http://thecustodyminefield.blogspot.com/2011/08/john-hemming-faces-calls-to-resign.html
Hemming presented the ombudsman with several pages of transcript showing how he had produced lengthy evidence for his claim, set out in meticulous detail. Rather than stating that he had not had “any evidence”, it would have been more accurate for Wall simply to state that, having considered it, he had not found the evidence convincing. http://eureferendum.blogspot.com/2011/08/no-confidence-in-system.html
