Council leader admits staff harmed children in their care

In the United Kingdom a Council leader admits staff harmed children in their care and in the United States of America there was also a Lawsuit Filed Against Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF).

The leader of troubled Pembrokeshire council has admitted that a small number of his staff ‘harmed children in their care’, according to local reports. Whilst in the USA DCF admitted fault.  In January 2009, a case manager and supervisor with a contracted agency were also fired.
