Children’s rights

“A child is any human being below the age of eighteen years, unless under the law applicable to the child, majority is attained earlier.”[4] According to Cornell University, a child is a person, not a subperson, and the parent has absolute interest and possession of the child, but this is very much an American view.   The term “child” does not necessarily mean minor but can include adult children as well as adult nondependent children.[5] There are no definitions of other terms used to describe young people such as “adolescents“, “teenagers,” or “youth” in international law,[6] but the children’s rights movement is considered distinct from the youth rightsmovement.  (From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia)

Maryanne Godboldo refusing to medicate daughter with psychiatric drugs

Detroit mother Maryanne Godboldo found in neglect for refusing to medicate daughter with psychiatric drugs

Most Americans do not realize this, but Child Protective Services uses private contractors to kidnap children and steal them away from their homes.  These private contractors are paid “reward money” that can add up to millions of dollars a year. Many of these children are then sold into sex slavery.   Even Maryanne Godboldo has now openly accused CPS of being engaged in child trafficking as well as sexually molesting her daughter.

The jury of that court was somehow persuaded to believe that Maryanne’s refusal to continue drugging her daughter with a mind-altering psychiatric drug used to “treat” ADHD, equated to parental neglect.   The multiple felony charges leveled against her are dismissed in a separate hearing.

Maryanne Godboldo, is the woman who was SWAT team raided when Child Protective Services attempted to kidnap her daughter because Maryanne refused to “treat” her with psychiatric medications  Learn more>>>.

“A new court policy leads to judicial oversight and better protection of parents’ rights. The change came just one day after the highly-publicized Maryanne Godboldo case in which a judge scofffed at the order used to remove her child.” http://www.wxyz.com/dpp/news/a-new-court-policy-leads-to-more-judicial-oversight-and-better-protection-of-parents%27-rights#ixzz1XJJPawJA
